Our customer was in the middle of a divestment process. A key question was: Which steps can be done after the hard close when the company has its own system (separated from the former parent company) and has to maximise business performance for its new owner?
We ran workshops with the IT SAP team at Zentiva Group a.s. and studied all currently-available information on the status and development of SAP products. Our output responded to the priorities and needs defined during the project.
We provided a scenario based on the announced timing of the company’s divestment and the related conditions and recommended an efficient way for the transformation into the new SAP ERP system S/4HANA. Business and IT benefits were assessed; recommendations were summarised within our final report.
