There were many independent e-commerce portals. The aim was to consolidate the portals in order to increase sales to customers in the long run.
In order to obtain a full understanding of the issue and the scope of the solution needed, workshops with on-trade and off-trade business representatives and customer representatives were carried out. Together with the application of Best Practices in beverage producer eCommerce, a new high-level IT architecture and a road map broken down to individual on-trade and off-trade segments were developed.
The project resulted in a design of transformation of the existing complicated architecture into a consolidated e-commerce system within a single platform, including a breakdown of activities by time, requirements, priorities and continuity.
