AVG needed to implement an advanced e-commerce and product management system. This meant developing a customer-facing global web platform.


Together with AVG Deloitte has provided the strategic leading, Adobe CQ WCM, Hybris development, middleware/integration development support during replacing the e-commerce solution, content management, processing purchases, and analytical systems of customers behaviour. This changed all online and offline customer touchpoints for product, transactions, information on the product, merchandising, cross/selling, products bundling, removing, transaction processing, online customer care services and the community management.


Deloitte implemented and integrated a centralised place for content management and sales support management, rapid solution optimisation, multivariate testing, localisation, advanced users segmentation, targeting on customers and the possibility of personalisation. The company’s platform for product control is prepared to set and lead complicated product bundles, coupons and provides the sales according to regional distribution, enabling scalability and flexibility in adapting the businesses they have acquired.
